Not only is this this nicest batting bag my son has ever had the customer service literally went above and beyond!There are so many different pockets my son can store everything in its own place. With the wheels he doesn’t have to lug it around on his back. We have no complaints whatsoever.I will say it’s super important you don’t let your husband open it out of the plastic because the middle piece comes not attached and the zipper will be loose. This is so if you wanted to get it a name or a number put on it, it will already be detached.We were missing the zipper so I emailed Boombah through Amazon and they got back to me pretty quick.. we had a few email exchanges and they said they would send a zipper replacement. When I got home the next week we had a whole bran new bag waiting on the porch.I mean these bags aren’t cheap! If you have an issue I can testify that they will most definitely make it right!My daughter plays rec softball and softball for her school and she has enough room for all of her equipment in this bag. It so convenient for her to put everything in here and wheel it around when she needs it. She has two bats, her cleats, gloves, and face-shield in it and still has plenty of room for other things. My niece loves these bags and could not find a replacement that she liked. I ordered the same bag, so she could have it by her next tournament. I email Boombah’s customer service and within a day Franny from Boombah answered. Franny was pleasant and was quick to respond. She wanted a few pictures of the damaged area and within a couple of days I was approved for a new bag or refund my choice. I opt for the refund since I had already order a replacement. Boombah really seems to standby their product and has a loyal customer from me and my family.I bought this bag for my granddaughter who plays travel softball. This bag has already been put to the test in several tournaments. It is packed full of equipment and still maintains it's shape and integrity. The handle pulls out for extra control. My granddaughter has rolled it from one field to another with no problems. She loves it.It’s very annoying that the bag barely stands up straight and many times falls forward, we will not buy againMy daughter needed a new bag to hold all of her equipment which she needs at every practice/game. She catcher and short stop. This bag barely fits catchers equipment and regular softball equipment. That’s 2 helmets, chest protector, leg guards, 2 mitts, 2 bats….it’s stuffed so full, there isn’t one inch to hold a ball!! If she wasn’t so excited to have one, I would have sent it back, it’s too small for what we need to carry.Love that I don’t always have to carry it I just call roll it any where I go to.
