Very sturdy and easy to put together. Table top is completely level and raises up and down smoothly with the lever. It is used for an elderly person who needs to keep legs elevated, and the tray table is positioned in front of the recliner chair. It is roomy enough to put a 15.6" laptop and 2 external speakers on it so he can watch things on YouTube, etc., while his legs are elevated. When his feet are down, though the bottom portion of the tray table doesn't slide under his recliner to bring the table closer, he scoots forward in the recliner chair with pillows to support his back so that he can use the tray table to eat meals off of.
