My daughter really likes this bat & is hitting well with it. My only issue with it is that after it's first use it starts to rattle. We sent back the first bat because we thought it was broken inside, then this one did the same thing. My husband did some research and found out it is possibly from glue inside the bat coming loose after using it. We decided to keep the second bat and hope that is all it is.She has this bay ONE DAY! Went batting twice and it snapped! Don’t waste your time or money.Completely disappointed. It's a 2022 bat, so with there being little no reviews on this bat, we took a gamble buying it. We should have played it safe and bought a bat with more reviews. This bat sounds dead straight of if the box. It has no pop, or power to it what so ever. We initially thought maybe we needed to "break it in" but no. When the ball makes contact, it thuds against the barrel and dies in the infield.Ordered this bat for my 8 year old daughter who plays 8U travel ball. The first bat came in one day before the expected delivery date with which I was happy with.We finally had a warm enough day to put the bat through a proper breaking in. After about 50 swings (my daughter hitting of a tee and into a net at 1/2 power, the bat developed a rattle in the barrel. After some research, I learned that it may be some glue that broke off into the barrel. However, I still contacted Louisville Slugger and asked them to advise on the issue. They told me that this issue was concerning to them and it would be replaced under warranty - Louisville's warranty process is very tedious and time consuming so I decided to return/replace through Amazon.A new bat is on the way, but is now taking a lot longer to ship, which I am not happy with - wanted to get it replaced before her tournament this weekend. At this moment, I am on the phone with Amazon trying to get this expedited. I will update as soon as I hear something more. I am also concerned that these bats are chronic with this rattle; I will update on this as well.Update: Was able to get the new bat in time for my daughters tournament. Quickly took it out of the wrapper and went outside to have my daughter hit some balls off the tee to start breaking it in.Right away, the bat began to rattle again after the first few hits. Again, this might be glue from the end cap but still not acceptable for a higher end bat. As my daughter continued to hit balls, at half swings, she rotated the bat as a normal break in suggests. However, when she was hitting balls on the word "Louisville" on the barrel, it sounded completely different than the rest of the barrel - it was like a higher pitch clunky sound as opposed to the crack/thud of the other parts of the barrel.Let her try the bat with real pitches in the tournament and it was obvious that the bat was dead. Sent back again and will now purchase something else - not a good quality bat for the price.
