DSG Women's Waterproof Snowmobile Jacket - Windproof & Insulated Winter Trail Coat for Snow Sports & Outdoor Adventures

I changed my rating from 4 to 5, see below. I appreciate that this coat, in the xxl size, has a waist! The color change accentuates the structure. There are no inner cuffs but the Velcro closures work well bringing the sleeves to a nice taper. The coat is warm but I haven’t used it in the snow yet. I’m concerned that there are no pit vents BUT they compensated for this by putting snap closures down the front, I’ll have to wait to see if this manages moisture well.I’m pleased that the shoulders fit well side to side, it’s a women’s jacket and that’s where this is significant. but there’s a bit too much room front to back at the front of the shoulder which creates a bit of bagginess but…the fit is going to depend on bust size, and I suppose it helps with arm mobility Because this is a 2XL, the designers also made the sleeves longer, as they would a man’s jacket making them too long so wearing it without the Velcro closed isn’t an option. I ordered the 2XL drop seat bibs and found them to be huge relative to the jacket, too big in every way and again, the designers made them longer which doesn’t line up with how women are built. .Edit: have worn this skiing several times now, warm, comfortable, excellent jacket, my only wish is that it had one more pocket for my phone. I walk and ski with a water bladder and tube with a bite valve, this goes in the only inside pocket to keep from freezing, there are two hand warming pockets but no pocket for my phone+headphones. (I’ll have to get Bluetooth earbuds I suppose) otherwise 10/10.
