I like the product because it does heat up my bat during the colder months. The biggest disappointment I’ve had is the quality and durability of the bag itself. The loop on the bag used for hanging the bag on a fence is basically a piece of ribbon. I have picture attached. The fence hook is on a small ribbon like cloth and broke within the first three uses. Additionally the Internal mesh pocket that holds the bat and heat pad had to be removed. I had to secure the heat pad as it just hangs loosely within the mesh pocket and bag. Just three different bag modifications I’ve had to do within weeks of first use so it would work properly. But yes, it does heat your bat and it does seem to increase the performance.To keep my bat warm during Winter Senior Softball in the always cold Dome we use in the Winter!Customer service was great! Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It works great also. I have used it for a doubleheader and a practice. Both days started in the 50s but my bat was very warm and the power source lasted as advertised. Well worth the investment!!My Bat Warmer came in and I was instantly surprised by the quality of the bag. I turned on the heating element for a couple minutes and the bag was already warm. I haven’t taken it to a game yet but, I am confident it will work as advertised. I wish the battery lasted longer but it comes with a USB extender cord to use with an external power source. I can also use another power pack that I have to charge other devices around the house. The power pack isn’t Hot Bat specific. Any external power pack will work. Great product.This bat warmer is a nice product. Works great. It says it only last 3 hours once turned on and it is exactly that. Wish it lasted longer. for a long day at the park you would need to have another power source to get through the day.Completely exceeded my expectations!! Got this unit for my son after seeing a player on another team with it. The manufacturing quality is excellent and looks like we will get years of use out of it. Battery pack seems plenty for strong and easily lasted for a single game 2-3 hours. We will probably pick up a spare battery for the few double header games this season. I have been plugging into regular USB outlet at our house about 20 min before we leave for practice/game and then turning on battery pack to keep it going. Also plugged into the USB in my truck while on way to practice and that worked great too!! Definitely a well thought out product. Funny how he seems more confident swinging a warm bat and we have definitely noticed that there is more pop off the warm bat. No more of that cold dead bat sound. Thanks hot Bat!!Works wonderfulLove the bat warmer which lasts for about 3 hours in weather that was below 50 degrees. I also have a Pryolite bat warmer with the gel pack that you heat in the microwave but the Hot Bat stays warmer a lot longer.
