I purchased the NB Cypher 12 Cleat - Men's Baseball XS 9" cleats and had to return them because they felt very loose from the heel even after tightening the laces. I was a bit hesitant to purchase the NB 3000v4 after my mentioned experience with the Cypher 12 . I went ahead and ordered these cleats and after a full season of slowpitch games, I can honestly say these are great cleats that feel very light, comfortable, and not loose around the heels. The fit was true to size and I have not seen significant wear on the cleats
