These seem to run well and are smooth. The grease nipple on top is brass and easily damaged when installing the nut that holds down the pulley. The nut that holds the pulley on is not included. It is a 3/4"-16 UNF thread. The threads in the bottom that mount the blade are 5/8"-11 UNC. You may need to find this hardware since my older Great Dane mower different sizes. These bearing units use sealed bearings, so without fully disassembling the whole unit I'm not sure the grease can ever make it to the actual bearings. There is also a side port that relieve the excess grease in the housing.
