I love everything about this product. Very lightweight, understandable instructions and easy installation. We noticed we had almost 50 bats coming out of this hole on the corner of our house one evening and were shocked to say the least. We live in Louisiana so when it starts to get dark we go inside before we get eaten up by mosquitoes. So when the bats were coming out at sundown to eat we were already inside so it went unnoticed for a while until I pulled up camera footage from months prior and seeing how long they had been there. I called a few bat removal companies and was quoted almost $500 just for them to install something similar and plug up any other entrances there might be. We'll that's just not in our budget so I found this and thought it wouldn't hurt to try. Because the hole was on a corner but he cut some of the pieces so it covered it perfectly. It took a few nights for the bats to finally come out, I'm guessing they were scared because they could tell something was there. But after a few nights and keeping the outside lights off to encourage them to come out they finally did. We don't hear anymore squeeking coming from the hole anymore and we haven't noticed any new feces left on the side of the house where they were exiting. We've had it up about two weeks now just to make sure they're all out. That's probably plenty of time but I tend to overdo things just to make sure it's done. Now we can plug up the hole and call it a day. I definitely recommend this to anyone with a bat issue. We saved a bunch of money by purchasing this. Most importantly no bats were harmed and we didn't have to come in contact with them.
