Bought a large. I wish the pants had an extra inch in length but they still fit good and I have long legs so they should fit most people perfectly. Grip really helps keep socks in place and jersey tucked in. I have three pairs I’ve used for a couple seasons and they are all still in good shape. Overall these pants are great quality.
