Perfect for my 13yo son who is transitioning from a -10 bat, but is not strong enough yet to swing BBCOR. This has become the most popular bat on the team… lots of hits.My 10yr old son plays Little League and really likes this bat. Says he can hit the ball farther than with his old bat. It’s just a little heavy for him.Bought my son the 27" -11 as a step up from his 26" Prodigy. His hits have a lot more power behind them and a lot of kids on his team have started asking him if they can hit with his bat. My son is on the smaller side for his age (he's 8) and I read reviews stating the drop weight is often off on these, and they can be end heavy. So we went with the -11 over the -10, and he has no issues with his swing. I actually think he would of been fine with the -10 but without having it to compare to it's hard to say. When he came off of the field after his first practice with it he said "I LOVE this bat!"Pretty hot but very end loadedGreat bat that holds up wellA lot of pop, durable, great for USA Ball.My son needs a new longer bat but we want to wait to wait until spring to buy one because we figure he’d grow more between fall and spring season. In the meantime though he needs something for winter training so it was a no brainer to get the 5150 especially when the 29” was on sale for $50 to get him used to a longer bat. He may need a bit longer come March and that’s when we’ll spring for a better bat to use in travel and rec, but it’s a great all around bat that he can use as a back up and his brothers can use in another season for training/back up/rec. For anyone looking for a solid bat for rec ball that doesn’t break the bank, it’s a great bat.
