Plus it's Rawlings, a name that everyone knows and trusts when it comes to quality baseball products.Rawlings 5150 has long been a favorite of high school and college hitters. A one-piece alloy design, the 2021 version of the 5150 is mildly end-loaded, a switch from the balanced version of 2020. This is a good bat for a young power hitter who is not yet ready for a fully end-loaded bat. The 2021 version also has a slightly different barrel profile than the 2020 version intended to enhance the bat's sweet spot. Has a drop 3 length to weight ratio and a great grip.Comes with a nice one-year warranty and is fully BBCOR certified. a great bat for high school and college players.Just too bad it's an inch short for my son. This is one fantastic looking bat. It swings well. The grip is as you would expect. There are words on the bat like grit, fight, and hustle. That's something we haven't seen thus far. It is subtle so unless you're really looking it's not noticeable. The prismatic properties of the bat are very well done as is the texture on the barrel of the bat.My son is so excited for this bat. He loves this brand and he has been searching for a new bat. He doesn’t even think he will need to add grip tape to the handle. It is very lightweight. He hasn’t taken it to the batting cages yet but he loves the feel, grip, and weight of the bat. I would definitely recommend this bat.Absolutely amazing Rawlings bat. It is way lighter than my sons from last year. Very comfortable grip. The barrel is distributed different than other ones he has had. This one is more towards the bottom than the middle. I don’t know if it’s another year experience or if it is this bat but my son’s been hitting them to and over the fence with this bat. He loves it more than any one he’s ever had. Very highly recommend.The Rawlings 5150 is so lightweight, but packs a punch. My high school brother is obsessed with this series so I had to order this one for my son. Such an awesome bat, perfect for young hitters!! I wish they were a little more affordable, but really they are worth the cost. Wonderful grip as well. One year warranty- bbcor. Can't really ask for much more out of a bat.Rawlings makes some of the best bats on the market. This one is ultra lightweight and is made to improve your performance. I basically wanted this bat because of the cool holographic strip on the side. I've never seen anything like it on a bat before. I'm sure this will become a coveted collector's item.
