I bought this for my son as a fill in because he cracked his Rawlings Quattro. We weren't sure how long it would take for the warranty replacement to arrive so the Velo was the replacement. He loves it. He received his new Quattro but continues to use the Velo. Great pop off the bat and he likes the balance of the bat.The price was great and shipping was fast. Overall we are very pleased with the purchase and performance. This has been a great purchase. The bat is well balanced like a 110 wood bat. Bought it for my son to use in high school and babe Ruth leagues. He has been very happy with it and has had a lot of success using it. Bat has good pop with out that ringing sounds that previous Rawlings bat have.Thankfully the product arrived and is usable. It wasn't packaged very well at all. It was loosely placed in a box to bang around while in transit. Other than that, great bat and my kid is enjoying it.Bought this for my son at Christmas. He is using it in High School baseball and I'm noticing that several of the boys are using it as well.Great bat, I would keep the same size as a composite bat as I had to adjust but my first hit was a 333 foot homerun and after that just inline drives to the outfield. Balls flies right off the bat even off the tee into the net. It has great pop, great grip. Better than Easton mako. This is my son's fourth Rawlings Velo BBCOR. Nothing beats it for a combination of balance, pop and durability, particularly when you get them on closeout. My 13 year old loves it. Keep in mind he is fairly strong for his age and size. Great bat for starting to play on the big field. He says it feels balanced all the way through.Bought this bat for my son - don't know if the ball is going any further but it sure sounds great - has one of the best PINGS of all the bats out there. Even better - got it on sale.
