I recently discovered the Yogibo at my friend's house. He got a couple for his kids in order to lounge in front of the TV. My boys and I tried them out, and we couldn't believe how comfortable they were. I immediately thought to myself how awesome they'd be for video gaming. That is what I bought them for, but my kids love 'em so much that they are carting them from the gaming room to whatever room we happen to be hanging in.The Yogibo bills itself as a "new age bean bag chair" on the Yogibo web site. It's really durable and when you sit in it, it basically absorbs you and contours to your body in an awesomely comfortable chair with amazing back support. The product page says that It measures 36" x 36" x 12", but when I measured the dimensions it comes to 36" x 36" x 16" and it measures 46" from corner to corner. When you get out of the chair "it remembers" and reverts back to its original shape which looks pretty much like a giant Chiclet. It's very light and as I implied above it's easy to transport from room to room. The Yogibo has a machine-washable cover that unzips from the interior case that holds the thousands (millions?) of tiny styrofoam beads that form the chair. Getting the cover off the interior case takes a bit of maneuvering almost like the interior case is too big for the cover. Similarly there is an art to getting the case back on, so be patient. The interior case also has a zipper (that I hope I never have to open!); according to the Yogibo web site "Once in a while you may need to refresh & refill your Yogibo Bean Bags." I hope not because I can't even fathom the mess that the gajillion beads would make if they started spilling out.One other item worth mentioning: In the Amazon Product Description above, one of the features says, "vibration eases stress." I am not sure what that refers to in conjunction with this product because it does not vibrate...not on its own anyway. It is not electric in any way, shape or form. This little chair is comfortable for all ages. Yogibo has brick & mortar stores popping up in malls all over the US. So if you don't want to take my word for it before you buy, you can always locate a store on the Yogibo web site and try one out before you buy.I am officially converted from couch potato to Yogibo potato. When I think of comfortable pillows, the words "hot" and "noisy" don't usually spring to mind. Neither does "yogibo" but I don't think that's even a word so that's beside the point. It works as advertised: it's an oversized beanbag with resilient styrofoam beans inside that support the user with surprisingly strong uniformity. You pick a position and the yogibo will keep you sitting in it until you decide to move. You'll probably decide to move pretty quickly, though, since it's covered in polyester and becomes hot as heck within a short while after using it. It's like laying on a fat guy in a leisure suit, minus the chest hair. You'll also consider moving if you rest your head on it for any period of time, which results in the user being "treated" to an endless symphony of styrofoam beads rustling and jostling around inside, loud enough to drown out the music I was listening to with my earbuds. I was listening to Deep Purple and Dio at the time, so that should tell you just how loud the beans get.If it helps, my cat enjoys sleeping on it, and afterwards the seat looks good as new after a swift pet hair roller treatment once a day.So it's a nice little seat for nice little people, as long as you don't mind uncomfortable warmth, cat hair, and noisy beans. There's your market, yogibo execs. Good luck. We've had this Yogibo Mini for a couple months now. We purchased two Mini's (different colors) for our kids who are 7 and 9. They love their Yogibo's. I have to say they are actually more comfortable than I would have thought for full size adults. I can sit in them comfortably for hours and I am 5'10' 240lb male. That's not to say if I had to purchase one for myself I would have purchased this one. I think I would have purchased the Yogibo Pod, which is a little larger and is more of a traditional bean bag shape (ball shaped instead of square like the Mini). The Mini's were drop shipped right from the Yogibo warehouse in New Hampshire and I loved the fact that they were not vacuum packed like another bean bag I tried before switching to the Yogibo's. The bean bags that were made from foam strips and were vacuum packed were a royal pain. First of all you cannot use it for hours to days. The worst part is if you decide to return it. It's impossible to get it back in the original box. Needless to say I really appreciated the simple packaging of the Yogibo's. We were able to open the package, take the Yogibo out of the plastic bag and use it right away.Overall we are extremely pleased with our Yogibo's. They are the most comfortable bean bags I have ever sat on. My kids love them too of course.I got this with my daughter in mind. It is so big, I had no idea where to put it! I imagine bean bags as smaller than this. With that said, it's super comfortable and nice. Just check dimensions. It is flexible, by the way, in the sense that it can be stored vertically or horizontally. Really high quality. This is a great bean bag. It's supportive for an adult (I'm 5'8" and 180lbs), won't sink and keeps it's form when you squish into it. It's very firm and loaded with the foam peas so it's light. The cover is stretchy jersey material which I could see being an issue with snags but so far mine is perfectly fine. This is a great solid floor cushion that will be fairly easy for an adult to use without getting trapped on the floor or sinking straight down.I grew up on bean bags and this thing is built to last of taken care of. I bought it for my son, but now it belongs to him and his dog. It’s comfortable to play video games on and he can’t be happier with its firmness and playability.I am 8 months pregnant and a SAHM. My son is 12 months. I spend a lot of time floor level with him. I wish I’d bought one of these sooner! I can sit in it as a chair with a back or lay down on it - it’s a lot bigger than I’d expected and so comfortable! I’m 5’4” and this is plenty big for me. I got one for our daughter’s nursery too. My husband and I have been leaning on stuffed animals this past year, what an upgrade!
