Purchased this specific bat length for my stepson ball player. He has done nothing but rave about it. Another satisfied customer.Let me start by saying this is not a top quality bat. This is not a good as a Mako or Meta. That being said it is a good bat for lower competition or for pickup. It makes solid contact and is easy to get power behind it. It’s is very top heavy which puts strain on my wrists and limits the bat speed. Great bat for the price but for higher levels of competition I would recommend getting something more expensive.This was a gift for our grandson, he thinks it's coolAs a 65+ wanna be hitter that missed the mark as a child I am working on the hitting skills I never had in my youth so I can partake in a swing for your seats challenge for my MLB season tickets. I likely will never win my seats but I don't want to suk. I have broken lots of wood bats. This bat is an inch shorter than the wood bat I prefer but has the same weight and balance feel to it. This is important because in competition I have to use a wood bat provided by the MLB club. Metal bats save money.Hard bat to get this time of year at any sports store. Amizon is my one stop shop. Great affordable bat.My son is the supporting role on any team he will be playing for. He needed a drop three bat. Back in my day, man I sound old saying that, we just had ounce and length. Length for if you wanted to be off the plate and once for how much of a stud you thought you were! The whole drop three is some new-fangled kid on Instagram creating buzz words for a bat-conomy I am sure. But this back met the requirements and my son has been getting some decent hits with it. It doesn't make him a better hitter, but when he connects with it, it goes. And it has a good sound to it. It doesn't make him sound like Josh Hamilton or anything like that and I wouldn't want that. It just sounds like solid hits. Now I want to buy a big boy size one and let him pitch to me. Then I will make it sound like Josh, Barry, and all the all-time greats in base ball.
